9:30 AM ● Fail-proof Cheesecake

Today is my godpa's 50th birthday! Last night, Pooty and I baked a birthday cake for him. It may not look like the perfect birthday cake but at least it is edible. Happy! Hope godpa will like this little surprise from us. :)

Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients:
2 packets of philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
5 chopped oreo
1 oreo crust (18 oreo sandwich cushed, 2 tablespoons of butter)

Steps:
Preheat oven at 165 degree
Make the oreo crust
Beat sugar, cream cheese and vanilla extract together in a large bowl
Add eggs, mix till blended
Add in chopped oreo
Pour into the curst
Bake for 40 min
Refrigerate
